Grant is not lazy, but lethargic

The cold of last winter, besides useless parliamentary questions of the Freedom Party, led to the realization that my house has really had to be isolated. I blew because - without exaggeration - clouds in my bedroom and bathroom. Isolation reminded me of government subsidies, subsidies for people under the same Maria van der Hoeven be lazy. She has probably never tried to apply for such grants.
Since I have to run a customized advice, I know that my house just is not the most energy consuming that in the Netherlands. From that opinion that funded it should be, I found that many "possibilities" had to live comfortably with a lower energy bill. The cost for this advice were € 295, - which I certainly € 200 should be able to recover from the government. Grant that I just try to apply and, Mary, dear girl: that I am anything but lazy, lethargic earlier. I can apply for grants because no, I just discover.
I started with the mail from the man who had delivered tailored advice. He told me that I was on the website of SenterNovem grant my request was. That name no longer exists. This organization now called AgentschapNL, available at, yes, AgentschapNL.nl. I guessed, correctly, that 'my' subsidy find under the button Climate and Energy. Then I clicked on programs and regulations, and then the M Customized advice , without me being aware of it then that this third site led me to one third.
Once there I discovered that filling in my tax return easier than applying for a grant for a lousy € 200. My account number and the invoice was not enough. No, I had the IBAN and BIC number at (look for yourself what that is) because " the Netherlands will switch to these numbers . "With the invoice, the receipt and my DigiD code at hand, I continued my way to apply for the grant, now one hour and a few more sites.
I have logged in and looked at where I finally was able to grant my request customized advice. I found myself at a secure site, where the E-counter seemed the only logical next step. But it was my € 200 not within reach. The logical-name-"Forms Catalogue step Z 'showed no' click 'option. Search yielded nothing sense. So Mary, if you find it lazy, I want to hear from you again what you meant by active and innovative. And how I can get my € 200 back.

SenterNovem has since changed the website this week. It is now possible to grant the request for customized advice.
